Convert PNC Bank Statement to Excel
PNC statements vary more than most: a Virtual Wallet statement can cover Spend, Reserve, and Growth in one document, while standard checking statements use an "Activity Detail" section split into deposits and deductions. That variety breaks template-based converters. This one keys on transaction patterns — date, description, amount, balance — so it handles Virtual Wallet composites and plain checking statements with the same engine.
Download statements from PNC Online Banking under the Statements tab (PNC keeps up to 7 years for most accounts, 48 months for some). Drop the PDF below: parsing happens on your machine, and the balance-continuity check reconciles each row where PNC prints running balances, flagging anything that does not line up for quick review before you import.

PNC statement FAQ
How do I get my PNC statement as a PDF?
Sign in to PNC Online Banking, choose the account, and open Online Statements (Statements tab). Select the period and download. Virtual Wallet statements download as a single PDF covering linked accounts.
Does a Virtual Wallet statement convert as one table or three?
One table. All dated transactions in the PDF are extracted in order. If you want Spend/Reserve/Growth separated, filter the Description or sort by the section order preserved in the row sequence.
Will pending transactions on my PNC statement be included?
Statements are documents of record, so they contain posted activity only — and that is exactly what gets converted. Pending items you see in online banking are not on the statement PDF.
