For accountants & bookkeepers

Convert Bank Statements to Excel — with every number verified

Drop a statement PDF, get a clean spreadsheet. Everything runs in your browser — no uploads, ever — and every transaction is reconciled against the running balance, so extraction errors get flagged instead of hiding in your books.

No account needed for your first file · Files never leave your device · Works offline once loaded

Drop your bank statements here (PDF or photo)

One file or many — processed entirely on this device, nothing is uploaded. Scans and photos (including iPhone HEIC) are read with on-device OCR (beta).

No statement handy?

Built for people who answer to clients — and regulators

Client bank data is the most sensitive thing that crosses your desk. Most converters make you upload it to someone else’s server. We don’t have a server to upload to.

100% in-browser processing

The PDF is parsed on your machine with the same engine your browser uses to display PDFs. Nothing is transmitted, cached, or retained. There is no “we delete files after 24 hours” promise to trust — there are no files to delete.

Balance verification on every row

Each transaction’s amount is checked against the change in the running balance. Mismatches are highlighted in the preview and exported to a Warnings sheet — silent extraction errors become visible review items.

Accountant-ready output

Debit and Credit split into separate columns, ISO dates, a totals row, tabular numbers. Paste straight into workpapers or prep files for QuickBooks and Xero without reformatting.

Three steps, about thirty seconds

1

Drop your statement PDF

Drag a statement PDF from any bank into the converter — or browse for it. Scanned PDFs and phone photos of paper statements work too, via built-in OCR.

2

Review the verified preview

Transactions appear in a table within seconds. Rows that fail balance reconciliation are highlighted so you know exactly what to double-check — usually zero rows.

3

Download the Excel file

One click produces an .xlsx with a Transactions sheet, totals, and (only if needed) a Warnings sheet. File generation also happens locally.

Simple pricing, metered by pages

Every plan includes the same engine, the same privacy model, and the same balance verification. Pick a page volume that matches your practice.

Frequently asked questions

Are my bank statements uploaded to your servers?

No. The entire conversion — PDF parsing, transaction extraction, balance verification, and Excel generation — runs in your browser using JavaScript. Your statement never leaves your device, and we have nothing to store, leak, or subpoena. You can verify this yourself: the converter keeps working with your network connection switched off.

What does "every number verified" actually mean?

Most converters extract text and hope for the best. We recompute the running balance across every transaction: if a row’s amount doesn’t reconcile with the balance movement, that row is flagged as a warning in the preview and listed on a separate Warnings sheet in the Excel file. You review five flagged rows instead of re-keying five hundred.

Which banks are supported?

Any bank that issues text-based PDF statements — including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Barclays, HSBC, RBC, CommBank, and dozens more. The parser detects dates, descriptions, amounts, and balances by pattern rather than by fixed templates, so most statement layouts work out of the box. See our bank-specific guides for details.

What about scanned statements or photos?

Supported. If a PDF has no text layer — or you drop in a PNG/JPEG photo of a paper statement — the converter automatically runs OCR, right in your browser like everything else. Balance verification applies to OCR results too, which matters most there: any misread digit breaks the running-balance chain and gets flagged for review instead of slipping into your books.

What does the Excel output look like?

A clean Transactions sheet with Date, Description, Debit, Credit, and Balance columns, plus a totals row — ready for pivot tables, QuickBooks/Xero import prep, or workpapers. If any rows failed balance verification, a second Warnings sheet lists them with the raw source line so you can fix them in seconds.

How does the free plan work?

You can convert 5 pages per month free, no credit card required. Starter ($30/mo) covers 400 pages and Business ($60/mo) covers 1,500 pages — enough for a practice processing statements for dozens of clients. Since processing happens on your device, page limits are the only metering.

Try it on a real statement
