Convert SoFi Bank Statement to Excel

SoFi reports checking and savings activity together, and its statement rows carry more fields than most banks print: date, type, description, amount, the balance after each entry, and a long transaction ID string. Those IDs are handy for disputes but miserable to retype, and when a row wraps across lines in the PDF, manual copying scrambles which ID belongs to which payment. SheetMyBank keeps every field in its own column, rejoins wrapped rows correctly, and — because SoFi prints a balance on each line — traces that balance from the first entry to the last, flagging any row where the arithmetic breaks.

From the Banking homepage on sofi.com, click Statements to browse PDFs by month and year; the app surfaces the same documents inside the account view. Credit card statements sit elsewhere — select Credit Card then Statements in the app, or the View statement link on the card tile online. Everything the converter does happens inside the page you're looking at. There is no upload step at all, so a statement full of transaction IDs and balances stays strictly between you and your browser.

SoFi statement FAQ

Where are my SoFi Checking and Savings statements?

Log in at sofi.com and click Statements on your Banking homepage to view and download PDFs organized by month and year. Statements post within the first few business days of each month, covering the prior month's activity, and are delivered electronically only.

Should I use SoFi's transaction export instead of the PDF?

SoFi's export pulls raw transaction data but caps each export at a two-year range, and it lacks the statement's formal structure. The PDF is the document of record — converting it preserves the printed balances, which is what an auditor or lender will match against.

How do I get my SoFi credit card statement?

In the app, select Credit Card, then Statements, then the month you need. On the web, use the View statement link on the Credit Card tile of your home page. Card statements are separate documents from Checking and Savings statements.
