Why can't I find statements in the BECU app?
BECU explicitly excludes statements from its mobile app. Use a desktop or mobile browser to sign in to Online Banking, then click View eStatements on the Account Summary page. Enrollment for electronic delivery is under the Account Services tab.
Are BECU Visa statements separate from my member statement?
Yes. BECU issues its own personal and business Visa cards, and card statements are distinct documents with their own View link in the Credit Cards section of Account Summary — and their own eStatement enrollment. Convert them separately from your deposit statement.
What if I need a BECU statement older than 18 months?
Online Banking self-serves roughly 18 months of statement history, but BECU retains all statements, including eStatements, for seven years — contact the credit union to request older copies. Once you have any PDF in hand, its age makes no difference to conversion.
